No Results Found Fill the Organization Chart

The organization chart is the only UI that tells you whether you actually understand the Church. Steam’s achievement Model NIRA Employee is worded “Identify everyone in the organization.” In the first days after launch it sat near the top of the unlock list, just under Search Rookie, which means most people who finish a run do fill the graph. This page is how to fill it without guessing.

The chart is not a spoiler gallery of portraits. It is an empty org you complete by mapping masks, usernames, legal names, and roles. If a slot is empty, you are missing a token from the hidden community or the in-game wiki. Search for that token. Do not type a fan-wiki name.

How a person enters the chart

A public post uses a handle. A comment uses a different handle. A photo shows a mask. An email uses a legal name. A wiki lemma connects two of those. You pin the person when two independent surfaces agree. One surface is a rumor. Two surfaces are a node.

Read How to Search if that sentence still sounds abstract. The practical version is: copy both strings, search both, pin when a result talks about them as the same body. The documented spelling trap is Marco versus Makor. One is a person. The other wastes a query. When two spellings appear, search both, then keep the one that returns biography.

Roles matter as much as names. Event organizer, complainant, missing person, officer, researcher on the other side of the glass. The Church is a social graph. Accuse and Connive are sentences about that graph. An empty role on the chart is an empty clause in the report. See Endings.

When to pin versus when to wait

Pin as soon as you have agreement. Waiting until the finale to dump names is how you forget which mask matched which mail. The memo is the holding pen. The chart is the cleaned graph. Write First, Think Later exists because players try to keep the graph in their head and then accuse the wrong node.

Do not pin from a single joke. The community is funny on purpose. A nickname can be a bit. Confirm with a second surface. If the second surface is a date collision between chat and mail, that is a strong confirm. If the second surface is another joke, wait.

How the chart talks to other systems

NIRA gave you the chart because you are supposed to identify everyone. That is the NIRA job. The Church gave you masks because identity is the puzzle; that is the Church job. The Walkthrough is the order of operations: public site, hidden board, wiki, then report. The chart should be mostly full before you file. Filing with holes is how you get an ending without Model NIRA Employee.

Closer to the Truth is about viewing the community, not about the chart, but you will not fill the chart if you skip posts. Search Addict is a hundred queries, which you will naturally emit while hunting leftover nodes. The Achievement Tracker lists those as separate badges so you do not confuse a reading achievement with an identity achievement.

If a slot will not fill

You are missing a surface, not a combat upgrade. Revisit comments. Revisit photo text. Revisit wiki lemmas that look like bureaucratic noise. Revisit the public commandments; some names hide in joke rules. If you are still stuck, you are on a main-path wall and the Walkthrough is allowed.

Do not scrape the real internet for these people. They are fictional. The only index that matters is the one on the NIRA desktop. Official Links will take you to Steam, not to a fake parish.

When the graph is complete, file. The chart’s job is over. Accuse or Connive is NIRA’s job. DODGE is neither.
