Ten badges. Two of them are endings. Two of them are a minigame.
Steam ships ten achievements for No Results Found. The list below uses Steam’s public names and descriptions from the week of launch. Hidden badges show their names because the global stats page already prints them. Use this as a tracker, then jump to the matching guide when a line needs a method.
Story and identity
Search Rookie — Search 10 times. You will get this by existing. It sat near 100 percent in the first days and around 82.4 percent of all players on 30 August 2026 as the audience grew.
Search Addict — Search 100 times. This is a completionist loop. Keep querying leftover wiki titles and community jokes after you know the case. It is not a skill check.
Closer to the Truth — You’ve viewed most of the community. Read the members-only board instead of skimming. See Closer to the Truth and Hidden Community.
Model NIRA Employee — Identify everyone in the organization. Fill the organization chart. Confirm names with two surfaces. Watch the Marco versus Makor trap.
Accuse — hidden. One of the two report filings. Steam’s public stats description names the families: The victims’ families send their thanks. Slightly more common than Connive in early global stats. Details on Endings and the Seo Hyunju file.
Connive — hidden. The other report filing. Steam’s public stats description names Seo Hyunju directly: Bury the truth and help Seo Hyunju. Requires a second run if you already accused. Desk toys
Government-Approved Medicine — Lose yourself in the music. Interact with audio on the NIRA desk. It is not a combat buff. It is a reminder that the room is searchable and listenable. See How to Play.
Write First, Think Later — Make good use of the memo feature. Put names in the notepad before you pin or file. Players who keep the graph in their head miss this and also miss people.
DODGE Maniac — Score over 1,000 points in DODGE. Optional. Rare. Essay on How to Beat DODGE.
DODGE Master — Score over 2,000 points in DODGE. Optional. Rarest in the first week. Same essay. Does not change Accuse or Connive.
Suggested order
For a cleanup path, use the Achievement Hunting Order and the 100 Percent Checklist. Desk music and memo details sit on Desk Music and Memo.
Play the case first. Rookie, community reading, chart, memo, music, then Accuse or Connive. Then a second filing if you want the other hidden badge. Then leftover searches for Addict. Then DODGE when you are no longer protecting a chat log from auto-advance.
Do not open DODGE in the middle of the wiki phase. The skillset is the opposite of reading. Do not file the report with an empty chart just to pop Accuse; you will still want Model NIRA Employee, and the Walkthrough assumes a filled graph.
What the percentages mean
Global unlock snapshots on 30 August 2026 still read the same shape. Search Rookie sits around 82.4 percent, no longer the near-100 first-week print. Org chart complete / Model NIRA Employee sits around 77.4 percent. Search 100 / Addict sits around 64.8 percent. Accuse around 52.4 percent and Connive around 45.0 percent. Music around 37.0 percent and memo around 35.9 percent. Closer to the Truth / Community 80 sits near 12.4 percent — Chinese and Korean threads now ask for a reading list; that is coverage of the members-only board, not a magic query, see Closer to the Truth and Search Keywords. Dodge 1000 sits around 5.4 percent. Dodge 2000 / Master sits near 1.4 percent — the 100 percent wall. Administrators-list compiling walls sit on Administrators List.
Through Patch 1.2 the ten-achievement list is unchanged. If a future patch adds badges, Launch Notes and the Updates Hub will say so. Until then, this list is the whole tracker.

Does Search Addict require a new save?
No. It is a hundred queries. Leftover wiki and community searches after the story will get you there.
